Michael Nardella Snr started the company
originally in 1962 and has held an Estate Agents licence prior to the
introduction of the 1956 Act. He has been active in most areas of real
estate
including residential house sales, land sales, rural property, leasing,
commercial-Industrial, residential spec building and commercial
development. He
has operated from City and suburban offices. He is still an active
Director of
the company. He recently received a Certificate of Special Recognition
for his
many years of service to the Industry from the REIV.
He has held an Auctioneers Licence for
over 40 years.
Michael L Nardella, his son, has completed the
Associate Diploma in Valuation in 1977, the Certificate of Business
Studies in
1979, obtained his full licence in 1983 in which year he become an
Associate of
the Real Estate Institute. He became one of the first Land Administrator
Associates of the Australian Institute of Valuers ( now Australian Property
Institute)
in 1989 which has now amalgamated with the Society of Land Economists.
He is now
an Associate (AAPI). Further study has included the Graduate Diploma in
Property
which he completed with distinction in 1991. He was elevated to status
of Fellow
of the Real Estate Institute (FREI) in 1991, branch President of the
Ringwood/
Lilydale branch of the Real Estate Institute (1992-93), past chairman of
the Outer Eastern Property Management
Group
(1991-94), Lecturer for the Certificate of Commercial & Industrial
Practise
at the REIV and lecturer at several TAFE colleges and past committee
member of
their computer division and is an accredited REIV Property Manager &
Body
Corporate Manager. He has also studied towards the completion of the
Masters
Degree in Property.
The company has been involved in almost all
areas of real estate activity and have closely followed sales and
leasing
activity in the general area for many years.
Both Directors are fully licensed Estate Agents
and and can assist with purchase, sale or management of your
